We only accept custom jewelry orders for gemstones and diamonds sourced from our catalog. Due to the precious nature of diamonds and colored gemstones, and the inherent risk of damage during the jewelry-making process, we do not accept outsourced gemstones for custom-made jewelry.
Our team is highly skilled and experienced in crafting astrological jewelry. We ensure that our astrological jewelry is designed so the gemstone touches the skin, maximizing its benefits for the wearer. For gemstone rings, the gemstone usually touches the skin, though some cabochon-shaped rings may not. Similarly, our pendants are designed to touch the skin. However, depending on the design and customer preferences, not all gemstones in pendants, rings, or bracelets will touch the skin.
Yes, you can select your favorite gemstones, and we will craft them according to your preferences. For rings, we typically use small gemstones of 2-3 carats. Yes, you can return gemstone jewelry. Based on your requirements, we will resize, exchange, or refund within 10 days. Returns are accepted on items in their original condition, with the invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, and other attachments.
You can measure your ring size by referring to our Ring Size Guide. Additionally, you can request a Ring Sizer for an extra cost of INR 100 for domestic customers and INR 700-800 for international customers, or you can have your ring size measured at a local jewelry store. It’s crucial to measure your ring size accurately, as incorrect measurements can lead to size variation.
